evenko and VIA Rail Canada inc. are the Contest Holders for the "Win the ultimate OSHEAGA experience!" contest.

The contest is open to all residents of Ontario and Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time they enter this contest.

By entering this contest, each entrant agrees to, and is deemed to have accepted, all terms, conditions, rules and regulations set forth herein.

The Contest Holders agree to abide by these terms, conditions, rules and regulations. All decisions by the contest managers are final.

This contest begins at 12:01 (EDT) on July 5, 2010, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on July 18, 2010.

To be eligible to win the contest, contestants must visit www.osheaga.com/vip to complete the entry form, including a valid e-mail address, before the contest end date.

The eligible winner will not be required to answer a skill-testing question to win this contest.

The contest draw will take place at evenko, located at 1909 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Montréal, QC, H4B 5G0, on July 19, 2010 at 2 p.m.

The winner will be determined as follows:
• On the day of the draw, a list of all qualifying entries will be compiled. Only one form per e-mail address will be allowed.
• Software will then randomly shuffle the list. The person whose name appears at the top of the shuffled list will be considered the first selected contestant; the second name determines the second selected contestant, and so on.

The first selected contestant will be contacted at the e-mail address provided on his or her entry form. The first selected contestant will have 48 hours from the time the e-mail was sent to contact the contest holder to claim the prize and be declared a winner. If the first selected contestant fails to contact the contest holder within that timeframe, he or she will be automatically disqualified, and the next contestant will be contacted and must meet the same conditions to be declared a winner.

This procedure will be followed until the grand prize and two secondary prizes have been awarded.

A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded as follows:

One (1) second prize, including:

Prize value: $1,200

This prize does not include:
• cost of travel to or from the winner's residence to the train station, as well as to or from the VIA train station to the hotel;
• parking at train stations;
• personal expenses;
• any other expense not outlined specifically in prize description.
This prize must be accepted as is, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, cashed or returned for refund.

A representative appointed by evenko will confirm the winner's address and the prize will be sent either by registered mail or by courier. The delivery method used will be determined by the representative appointed by evenko and may depend on the prize itself.

The prize will be sent during the week of July 20-23, 2010, after receipt of the release form signed by the winner.

The Contest Holders assume no liability in all instances in which their incapacity to act is the result of a situation or fact beyond their control, particularly a strike, lockout or any other labour conflict on their premises or those of their partners supplying part of the prize, if such situation or fact affects the services required for this contest.

The Contest Holders assume no liability for lost or late entries, mistakes on contestant forms, misprints, errors of transmission or any other errors.

The contest winner must sign a release form confirming his or her eligibility for the contest (as specified under "Eligibility" below) and relieving the Contest Holders of any liability for damages or losses resulting from entering this contest or related to award and use of the prizes.

Province of Québec: any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

The contest is open to all residents of Ontario and Québec who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time they enter this contest.

Employees, suppliers and agents of evenko, VIA Rail Canada, and Sennheiser, as well as those residing in their households, are not eligible to enter the contest.

Entering this contest requires the disclosure of certain personal contact information by the entrant.
